Screen Printer (Automatic & Manual Press Operator)

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down automatic and manual screen-printing presses.
• Load garments and ensure proper placement and registration.
• Mix inks and match colors according to job specifications.
• Perform test prints and make necessary adjustments.
• Monitor production runs to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Clean and maintain screens, squeegees, and press equipment.
• Troubleshoot printing and equipment issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications

• Previous screen printing experience (manual and/or automatic presses preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automatic press equipment such as M&R, ROQ, or Anatol.
• Knowledge of screen preparation, coating, exposure, and reclaiming processes.
