Reserve / Crane Operator - 3rd Shift

Position Summary

Essential Job Duties

• Safely operate warehouse equipment to move product throughout the facility.
• Replenish pick locations from reserve inventory to support fulfillment operations.
• Store inbound inventory in designated reserve rack locations.
• Retrieve pallets and cases from high-bay racking locations.
• Utilize RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to complete inventory transactions.
• Conduct inventory moves, cycle counts, and location audits as assigned.
• Verify product quantities and report inventory discrepancies.
• Assist receiving, shipping, and fulfillment teams when operationally required.
• Perform equipment inspections before and after each shift.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance expectations. 

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating powered industrial equipment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer and RF scanner knowledge.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights while operating material handling equipment.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment for extended periods.
