General Associate - 2nd Shift

Position Summary

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Full-Time
• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
• Mandatory overtime is required during peak seasons and business demands.
• Flexibility to work additional hours, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Essential Job Duties

• Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Pack footwear, apparel, and related merchandise according to customer and company requirements.
• Label, sort, and prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
• Receive incoming inventory and verify product quantities and condition.
• Restock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as assigned.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Assist with kitting, special projects, and value-added services as needed.
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and attendance expectations.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies, damages, or operational concerns to supervisors.
• Support other departments during peak business periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer and scanner proficiency.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following training and certification requirements.
• Ability to work overtime, including extended shifts and weekends during peak periods.
