Reserve / Crane Operator - 2nd Shift

Position Summary

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Full-Time
• Mandatory overtime is required during peak seasons and business demands.
• Flexibility to work additional hours, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Essential Job Duties

• Safely operate material handling equipment, including reach trucks, order pickers, turret trucks, and crane-style equipment.
• Replenish pick locations using reserve inventory.
• Store inbound product in designated reserve rack locations.
• Retrieve pallets and cases from elevated storage areas.
• Utilize RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to complete inventory transactions.
• Perform inventory moves, cycle counts, and location audits.
• Verify product quantities and report inventory discrepancies.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Support receiving, shipping, and fulfillment teams as operational needs require.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance standards.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Prior powered industrial equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain warehouse equipment certification.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends and extended shifts during peak seasons.
