Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
• Assist customers with returns and general questions
• Prepare and package items for return shipment
• Print shipping and return labels
• Sort and organize packages
• Assist with customer pickups and drop-offs
• Answer phones and assist with general customer questions
• Keep the front counter and work areas clean and organized
• Complete other store duties as needed
• No cash handling or sales transactions required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous customer service, shipping, or retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers, printers, and basic office equipment
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must have a working phone number and be reachable by phone
• Must have dependable attendance
• Must be available to work 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Must be flexible to work weekends based on store needs
