PROMAN Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates for a growing third-party logistics (3PL) operation in Park Hills, MO. This position is responsible for unloading trucks, sorting inventory, scanning products, and supporting daily warehouse operations. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment and able to perform physical labor throughout the shift.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Unload inbound trucks and trailers safely and efficiently
- Sort, organize, and stage products for storage or shipment
- Utilize handheld scanners to track and move inventory accurately
- Verify inventory counts and assist with inventory control processes
- Load outbound shipments as needed
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals
- Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or general labor experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
- Must be able to adapt to schedule changes based on truck arrivals and business needs
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must maintain a working phone for employer communication regarding scheduling, attendance, and employment-related updates.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
