Plastics Production Technician – 3rd Shift

PROMAN Staffing | Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Location: Festus, MO
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 11:30PM - 8:00AM
Shift Differential: Earn 2 additional hours of pay for every 8-hour shift worked when clocked in and out on time.
PROMAN Staffing is hiring a Plastics Production Technician for a plastics manufacturing facility.

This is a hands-on production position involving plastic manufacturing, finishing, quality inspection, and packaging.

Job Duties:
  • Perform production processes including injection molding, injection blow molding, extrusion blow molding, and sonic welding
  • Safely set up tools and equipment for production
  • Modify finished products by routing, trimming, and drilling
  • Use rulers, tape measures, and calipers in both standard and metric measurements
  • Inspect finished products for quality
  • Pack and label completed products
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
  • Excellent attendance and dependability are required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to stand and walk for 7+ hours per shift
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new skills and production techniques
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Must have a working phone number and be reachable for employment-related communication
