PROMAN Staffing is hiring experienced Forklift Operators / Manufacturing Support Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role involves operating a sit-down forklift, moving materials, supporting production operations, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Pay Rates & Shifts

2nd Shift: $22.25/hour | Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: $22.25/hour | Sunday - Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Training Requirement: All new hires must complete training on 1st Shift for up to 90 days before transitioning to their assigned shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous sit-down forklift experience required
• Basic computer skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and management
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
• Load steel onto payoff wheels
• Move barrels and materials throughout the facility
• Dump scrap hoppers
• Print and apply labels
• Label, scan, and move products per specifications
• Use gauges and measuring tools to ensure quality standards
• Assist press operators with die changes and tooling setup
• Enter production and quality data into Measurlink
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 45 lbs.
• Ability to work around moving machinery, vibration, fumes, and airborne particles
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and loud noise levels
