Proman Staffing has partnered with a well known Logistics warehouse in Plainfield.
Operations Specialist
Hours are 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
Pay rate $26.00 hr.
Job Description:
To coordinate, Plan orders and shipments based on customers needs. Answer all customer inquiries. Address any potential issues. Your experience with Customer service will guide the front-line support of the warehouse. Knowledge of WI’s and SOP’s is a plus.

Coordinate with all departments
•
Handle transportation service for customer orders, utilizing the transport system.
•
Be responsible for all tasks with production and performance.
•
Contribute to continuous improvement.
•
Responsible for meeting guidelines, and SOPs.
•
Participate in quality audits
Education and work requirements:
•
1-3 years of experience in Logistics, or customer service.
•
Understand the transportation companies like road, sea or air
•
Interest in working with transportation systems.
•
Ability to multitask
•
Good communication and organization.
•
Fluent in English and some Spanish is preferred.
