**Inventory Specialist/Clerk**


 $18.00 per hour hours 6Am-2Pm Monday- Friday

 We are a dynamic manufacturing organization committed to operational excellence and precision. We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist/Clerk to join our team on a temporary to hire basis.

 Your Role
 As an Inventory Specialist/Clerk, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for tracking materials, managing inventory systems, conducting counts and reconciliations, and ensuring that all inventory data is recorded with precision. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a warehouse or light-duty industrial environment.

 Responsibilities
 - Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems
 - Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy
 - Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate variances
 - Process and document inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and transfers
 - Organize and maintain inventory storage areas for efficient access and retrieval
 - Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to support production schedules
 - Prepare inventory reports and documentation as needed
 - Follow all safety and operational procedures

 **What We're Looking For**
 Strong inventory management and cycle counting
 Great  attention to detail and accuracy
 Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Experience operating a sit-down forklift

Reach truck and clamp truck experience is a plus, but not required (training on the clamp truck will be provided)

Computer skills and general computer literacy

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Current WMS AS400

Good math skills

Ability to communicate professionally through email and Microsoft Teams

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  Familiarity with inventory management systems or willingness to learn
 Reliable and punctual attendance
