Saw Machine Operation

• Operate CNC panel saws, table saws, shears, adjustable circular saws, band saws, and hand saws.
• Select the appropriate saw blade based on material type and work order requirements.
• Set up and operate programmable CNC saw equipment.
• Pull materials from storage locations and restock inventory as needed.
• Remove cut materials from equipment and maintain accurate production counts.
• Measure finished materials using tape measures, rulers, calipers, and squares to verify specifications.
• Utilize barcode scanners and computer systems to track materials and maintain inventory records.
• Maintain saw blade sharpening and repair schedules according to company processes.
• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout requirements.

General Warehouse Responsibilities

• Package products using proper techniques and company quality standards.
• Store materials accurately using barcode labels and designated bin locations.
• Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Support shipping and receiving operations as needed.
• Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Follow all company quality and safety procedures for warehouse operations.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating saw equipment in a manufacturing or warehouse environment required.
• using measuring instruments 
• Forklift experience required 
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
