Pay: $17.00-18.00 depending on experience

We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to support production operations in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitor machine performance and notify maintenance of any issues.
- Perform quality inspections and report defective materials.
- Read and use calipers (dial and digital), measuring tools, and production drawings.
- Complete tasks such as milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and inspection.
- Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements.
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operation experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn machine setup and work under supervision.
