Shift Differential: Earn 2 additional hours of pay for every 8-hour shift worked when clocked in and out on time.

PROMAN Staffing is hiring a Plastics Production Technician for a plastics manufacturing facility.
This is a hands-on production position involving plastic manufacturing, finishing, quality inspection, and packaging.
Job Duties:
- Perform production processes including injection molding, injection blow molding, extrusion blow molding, and sonic welding
- Safely set up tools and equipment for production
- Modify finished products by routing, trimming, and drilling
- Use rulers, tape measures, and calipers in both standard and metric measurements
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Pack and label completed products
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
- Excellent attendance and dependability are required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to stand and walk for 7+ hours per shift
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn new skills and production techniques
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Must have a working phone number and be reachable for employment-related communication
