CNC Machinist
PROMAN Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist for a full-time opportunity in Park Hills, MO.
We are looking for a skilled machinist who can set up, program, and operate CNC machines independently.
This is an experienced-level position and is best suited for someone who is confident in their machining abilities and does not require extensive hands-on training.

What You'll Do
- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines
- Machine precision parts, molds, tooling, and fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Make machine adjustments and troubleshoot machining issues
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Operate manual mills, lathes, drill presses, and other machine shop equipment as needed
- Repair and modify molds and production tooling
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machining equipment
- Maintain accurate machining and tooling records
- Work independently while maintaining quality and production standards
The position involves CNC and manual machining as well as mold, tooling, fixture, and production equipment work.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of CNC machining experience
- CNC setup experience strongly preferred
- CNC programming experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Experience using precision measuring tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dependable with reliable transportation
- Must have a working phone number for communication
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping
- Regular lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
