We are now hiring (Bilingual Team Lead) who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

A Team Lead oversees a group of employees by assigning tasks, guiding daily operations, monitoring performance, and ensuring projects meet organizational goals, while also providing mentorship, training, and clear communication.
A Team Lead (also called Team Leader or Group Leader) is responsible for supervising team members, coordinating workflows, and serving as the primary link between staff and management. They ensure the team stays aligned with company objectives and that work is completed efficiently and to standard.

Core Responsibilities
Task Delegation & Workflow Management: Assign tasks, set timelines, and monitor progress to keep projects on schedule.
Training & Onboarding: Provide training for new hires and ongoing skill development for existing team members.
Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team performance metrics and report results to management.
Communication & Reporting: Communicate goals, provide clear instructions, and create reports on team progress.
Conflict Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for resolving interpersonal issues within the team.
