General labor
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. The General Laborer will perform a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations, including loading and unloading materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, operating basic tools and equipment, and assisting skilled workers as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties in work areas.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery as trained.
- Assist with assembly, production, packaging, or construction tasks.
- Follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Inspect materials and equipment for quality and safety concerns.
- Maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
- Support team members and supervisors with assigned projects.
- Report equipment malfunctions, hazards, or safety incidents promptly.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous labor, warehouse, manufacturing, or construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, if applicable.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

Schedule
- Full-time
