**Job Summary**
We are seeking an Associate III to join our industrial operations team in a temporary  to hire role. In this position, you will play a key part in our logistics operations, utilizing forklift equipment to support the movement and organization of materials throughout our facility. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth flow of goods and supporting our customers' supply chain needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials and products using a reach and a walkie rider.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory
- Support warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate material handling
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet operational goals

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience or certification in forklift operation
- Ability to work in an industrial warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable and punctual attendance

**Working Conditions**
This position is based in an industrial  environment . The role involves industrial warehouse work with standard safety considerations. Specific shift schedules will be discussed during the interview process.

**Compensation**
This temporary to hire  position offers a competitive hourly rate of $22.00 per hour.
