About the mission
We're hiring for 20+ Packers in Bolingbrook, IL.
The schedule and pay are as follows:
- Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM + Mandatory Overtime as needed - $17.50/hour
+ Earn a $40.00 weekly perfect attendance bonus!
Packer Duties:
- Package products into baskets or boxes in a fast-paced production environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure packaging standards are met.
- Follow production schedules and company safety procedures.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Packer Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 25–50 pounds, as needed.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- No experience needed - we will train you!
- No background check, no drug test!
