Key Responsibilities
· Heavy Material Handling: Use a Stand-Up Forklift or Reach Truck to pull and put away heavy stainless steel equipment from racks up to 30 feet high.
· Specialized Packing: Prepare large-scale items for LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping, ensuring proper palletization and strapping to prevent scratches or dents.
· Inbound Logistics: Unload ocean containers and domestic trailers; verify SKU accuracy against manifest for NSF-certified products.
· Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts on high-value components
· Quality Assurance: Inspect outgoing equipment for any surface defects or shipping damage before it leaves the dock.
Qualifications
· Certification/Experience: Minimum 1 year of consistent experience on a Stand-Up Forklift
· Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle large, awkward equipment safely. Anything over 50 lbs is team assisted.
· Attention to Detail: Ability to distinguish between similar SKU
