Job Summary
PROMAN Staffing is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support packaging and production operations. In this role, you will package air filters and related products, ensure accuracy and quality, and help maintain smooth warehouse workflow.
Responsibilities
- Package air filters and related products according to production guidelines
- Inspect finished goods for accuracy, quality, and correct specifications
- Apply appropriate labels and documentation to packaged items
- Prepare products for shipping, including boxing, sealing, and palletizing
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
- Flexibility to support additional shifts is a plus!
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to stand, lift, and move up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance
