PROMAN Staffing is Hiring: Warehouse Associate

PROMAN Staffing is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support material handling, inventory control, and warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for moving, storing, staging, and tracking materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cycle counts using RF scanners and SAP
• Pull, stage, and deliver materials according to production schedules
• Fill stock requisitions and pick bulk materials
• Return unused materials and supplies to inventory
• Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed
• Perform inventory transactions using RF scanners and computer systems
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and assist with root cause analysis
• Access and review SAP reports and inventory data
• Operate forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and warehouse operations

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years of material handling and inventory control experience
• Forklift Certification strongly preferred
• Strong SAP experience and inventory transaction knowledge
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a warehouse environment
• Comfortable working in a moderate-noise environment
