PROMAN Staffing is seeking a Value-Added Services (VAS) Associate to join a growing warehouse team. This position is responsible for preparing finished goods for customer delivery through labeling, kitting, repackaging, quality inspections, and other customer-specific requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform labeling, repackaging, kitting, bundling, and product customization
- Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and customer specifications
- Assist with picking, packing, and staging orders
- Operate RF scanners, warehouse management systems, and automated warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory tracking
- Support multiple warehouse functions as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with team members to meet operational goals
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or VAS experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures
- Comfortable using warehouse technology and RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
- English required
