About the mission

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with Vanguard, a well-known manufacturer of furniture in Morganton, NC.

We are now hiring Unpackers who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

Unpacker Job Summary
  • $16.00 per hour.
  • 6am-3:30pm Mon-Thurs and 6-10am on Fridays.
  • Responsible for unloading casegoods containers.
  • Helping with unloading furniture on truck.
  • Handling of furniture with care while unpacking.
Unpacker Qualifications
  • H.S. Diploma or GED.
  • Prep, pack and trim process experience.
  • Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs
  • Previous knowledge of furniture packing/unpacking.
  • English required for reading tickets and instructions.
  • Must be able to understand and follow unpacking specifications.
