PROMAN Staffing is seeking a Tool Inventory Coordinator to manage tooling inventory and ensure materials are available to support production needs. This role is responsible for tracking inventory levels, maintaining Excel-based inventory reports, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring orders and lead times, and supporting purchasing activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of inventory control, purchasing, materials planning, or related experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of tooling, tool & die, or manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods.
• Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and airborne particles.
• Must wear safety-toed shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection on the production floor.
