About the mission
Seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and specifications to fabricate, machine, and assemble tooling and components.
- Set up and operate lathes, mills, grinders, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
- Inspect parts to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper fit.
- Troubleshoot and improve dies, tools, jigs, and fixtures.
- Perform equipment inspections and maintain a safe, organized work area.
- Support continuous improvement and cross-training initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or technical training preferred.
- 3-5 years of tool & die, machining, or industrial manufacturing experience.
- Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.
- Must have own tools.
- Forklift experience and basic computer skills required.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work overtime and lift up to 45 lbs.
