Remanufacturing Technician - 

Summary

• Verify transmission identification and disassemble units.
• Inspect components, determine reusability, and remove damaged parts.
• Order replacement parts and rebuild transmissions to specifications.
• Ensure completed transmissions meet quality and production requirements.
• Monitor workflow and maintain productivity goals.
• Communicate with inventory, supervisors, and technical teams regarding parts availability, production issues, and quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of automotive repair, manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or related experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation required; valid driver's license preferred.

• Shop, warehouse, manufacturing, or remanufacturing environment.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Exposure to varying temperatures and occasional outdoor work.
• Must use required safety equipment and comply with safety regulations.

• Pass required background checks
