PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known LED lighting manufacturer Company in Niles, IL
We are now hiring Receiving Specialists who are team players, versatile, and dependable!
Receiving Specialist position description:
- $19/ HR
- 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- Monday - Friday
- Temp to hire
Receiving Specialist Responsibilities:
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with Purchasing department to rectify damages and shortages
- Enter and maintain accurate inventory of materials and supplies in the ERP system, cycle counts
- Process returned items
- Identify and pick material for production as designated by work orders. Items must be picked and then visually verified for accuracy relating to part number, quantity, product finishes, and/or order numbers
- Keep all bins, aisles, and storage areas clean and clearly labeled.
- Stock materials in correct locations
- Maintains receiving and dock area in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
