PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer of automotive air filters to hire a Direct Hire Quality Technician I in Grand Prairie, TX.
We are hiring an EXPERIENCED Quality Technician for our client in Grand Prairie, TX. Early 1st shift, $22.00-24.19 per hour based on experience.
Quality Technician I Responsibilities:
Audit and monitor quality requirements in accordance with the company’s quality assurance policies and specifications.
Understanding and use of basic measuring tools (Calipers, micrometer & angle gage) preferred.
Previous ISO 9001 experience
Conduct inspections on products at all stages of the manufacturing process.
Documentation and reporting of findings.
Computer skills including MS Platforms
Work with other company personnel to resolve inspection questions, including Product Managers, to ensure product compliance. Purchasing departments and Supervisors.
Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures. Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations
Quality Technician I Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years in a manufacturing or similar environment
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented, and organizational skills
Be able to multitask and follow through on all tasks / projects
