PROMAN Staffing is hiring a Materials Prep & Production Technician to support daily production operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in staying organized, and follows processes carefully. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety are essential.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 8:30AM - 3:30PM
Location: Desloge, MO
Wage: $16.50
Responsibilities
- Weigh and prepare materials according to production specifications
- Clean parts and drums following company procedures
- Load and unload racks as part of the production process
- Label and package finished products accurately
- Complete production logs and batch records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
- Assist with general production support tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment
- Reliable and dependable attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with material prep or batch documentation
- Experience in a production or warehouse setting
- Familiarity with basic quality control processes
