Production Mold Setter

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay

• Starting at $20.00 per hour
• Up to $22.00 per hour upon hire, based on attendance, performance, and overall job proficiency

Job Responsibilities

• Set up, install, align, and adjust molds on production equipment
• Perform mold changes and tooling setups safely and efficiently
• Work with injection molding, injection blow molding, extrusion blow molding, and sonic welding processes
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Use measuring tools such as rulers, tape measures, and calipers
• Trim, route, drill, and modify finished products as needed
• Package and label finished products
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical and production issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• Previous plastics manufacturing experience preferred
• Mold setting, tool changing, or injection molding experience preferred
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Excellent attendance and reliability are required
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
