We are now hiring a Production Lead who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

Production Lead Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, and output targets are consistently met.
• Assign work, monitor staffing coverage, and adjust labor based on production needs and priorities.
• Communicate clearly with operators, supervisors, and maintenance to keep production running smoothly.
• Train and coach production employees on standard work, safety procedures, and quality expectations.
• Monitor production counts, scrap, and downtime and report issues as they occur.
• Enforce safety policies, housekeeping standards, and proper equipment use at all times.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process issues and suggesting practical solutions.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.
• Prior leadership or lead experience in a production setting.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and quality standards.
• Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic documentation.
• Comfortable working hands-on alongside production teams when needed.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear direction.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to support overtime or varying production demands.
