PROMAN Staffing is Hiring: Production Associate (Solderer)

PROMAN Staffing is seeking an experienced Production Associate (Solderer) for an electronics manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for soldering through-hole and surface mount components, mechanical assembly, inspection, testing, and packaging of completed products.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and solder components into PCBs according to IPC standards
• Perform through-hole and surface mount soldering
• Assemble wire harnesses and solder wire-to-wire connections
• Strip, tin, and prepare wires for assembly
• Conduct visual inspections and continuity testing
• Perform minor repairs and modifications to assemblies
• Utilize soldering equipment, hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
• Train and assist production associates as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of electronics production experience
• Active Soldering Certification required
• Experience with Surface Mount Technology (SMT)
• Ability to read bills of materials, assembly drawings, and work instructions
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and workmanship standards

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and fine manual dexterity
