PROMAN Staffing is Hiring: Production Associate

PROMAN Staffing is seeking a motivated Production Associate to support the assembly, inspection, testing, and packaging of electronic products and subassemblies in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with electronics production experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow work instructions and engineering documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and housing units according to work instructions and engineering drawings
• Perform visual inspections to identify missing, damaged, or incorrectly installed components
• Conduct manual and automated testing of products and subassemblies
• Modify and update units to current revisions as required
• Wire-wrap cables and electronic terminals using hand tools
• Maintain production documentation and related logs
• Package finished products and required materials for shipment
• Verify material and component accuracy during assembly
• Operate hand tools, power tools, test equipment, barcode scanners, and computer systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with training new associates as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year of electronics production experience strongly preferred
• Hand Soldering Certification strongly preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and workmanship standards
• Familiarity with surface mount technology (SMT)
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment
• Ability to identify electronic components and follow technical documentation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a moderate-noise manufacturing environment
