Proman and a well-known medical equipment manufacturer located in Buffalo Grove, IL is now hiring Process Engineering Technicians who are team players, versatile, and dependable!
Job Summary
- $28.00 to 36.00/HR BOE
- 8:00 am to 4:00 pm for the 1st 6 months. After that will be a 12 HRS shift
- Continuous work schedule
- Understand and follow plant safety rules including LOTO and safe machine operation.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, specifications and technical data.
- Ability to work on motors, contractors and relays with a multimeter to verify component functionality.
- Ability to work on advanced shop equipment such as bandsaws, mills and lathes.
- Must be able to work on Chillers, Process pumps, compressors, ink pumps and Glue pumps.
- Analyze and resolve all mechanical, electrical issues related to the equipment.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of electrical controls/PLCs including troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.
- Responsible for maintaining all manufacturing process equipment by performing preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, routine repairs and calibration with minimal down time.
- Perform all duties in a safe, professional and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Basic Knowledge on EDHR systems and Mespro for documentation of process and cleaning of the molds.
- Basic knowledge on restarts of all presses fills out CCL. Assist with the setup
- Ability to understand the start-up procedures with submitting samples to QC basic knowledge of molding.
