PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-established logistics company in West Dallas, TX.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

We are seeking dependable Picker/Packers to handle picking, packing, loading, and equipment operation in a fast-paced environment.

Picker/Packers Responsibilities

Pick orders accurately using barcode scanning technology and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Pack products securely according to quality standards.
Load and unload shipments while following safety procedures.
Stock inventory, update systems, and conduct cycle counts.
Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and coordinating pickups.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all PPE and workplace safety requirements.
Receive incoming inventory and inspect for damages or discrepancies.
Support order fulfillment, quality control, and warehouse documentation.
Picker/Packers Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or inventory control.
Experience with barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.
Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic math skills for counting, weighing, and verifying orders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
