About the mission

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with Vanguard a well-known manufacturer of furniture in Morganton, NC.

We are now hiring Packers who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

Packer Job Summary
  • $16.00 per hour.
  • 6am-3:30pm Mon-Thurs and 6-10am on Fridays
  • Inspect finished furniture for defects, damage, or quality concerns prior to packaging.
  • Assemble cartons, crates, or specialty packaging as needed.
  • Follow shipping specifications and customer-specific packing requirements.
Packer Qualifications
  • H.S Diploma or GED.
  • Manufacturing, shipping, warehouse, or furniture handling experience preferred.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to safely lift and move large furniture pieces.
