PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known Logistics warehouse in Indianapolis, IN.
We are now hiring team leaders with inbound and outbound experience, who is a leader, versatile, and dependable!
Team Lead 12pm-8pm, or 8am-4:30pm
$23-$25 an hour
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Team lead with 1-2 years’ experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to Read and Write
- Good Organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate receiving and shipping, put-away, picking, packing, and cycle counting
- Track inbound and outbound shipments
- Prepare, review, and process shipping documents
- Coordinate carriers to resolve delays, shortages, or discrepancies
- Coordinate work assignments, priorities, and workflow with the staff
- Ensure compliance
- Be a part of improvement initiatives, processes, and inventory accuracy
- Resolve operational issues
- Any other tasks as needed
