Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant – Dispatch Support
We are seeking a reliable, professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role provides critical support during our busiest hours, ensuring operations run smoothly while the core team is in meetings or engaged with field priorities.
For the right candidate, this is more than a support role — it's a launchpad. This position includes the opportunity to be trained as a Dispatcher, with a clear path for growth within the company.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Phone Coverage: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls during peak hours, ensuring no customer or technician request goes unanswered.
- Dispatch Support: Assist the dispatching team by relaying messages, updating job statuses, and coordinating with field technicians.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage data entry, filing, and general office organization to keep daily workflow efficient.
- Professional Communication: Deliver clear, calm, and helpful information to clients and internal staff at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the HVAC industry is highly preferred. Familiarity with the terminology and the fast-paced nature of mechanical services will help you hit the ground running.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with a professional phone presence.
- Reliability: Punctuality and consistency are non-negotiable in this role.

Pay: $24.00/hour
