PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a leading Food Manufacturing & Distribution company in Glendale Heights, IL
Pay:
  • 1st Shift: $16.50/hr
  • 2nd Shift: $17.50/hr
  • 12-hour shifts required based on production needs
PROMAN Staffing is hiring dependable, hardworking, and motivated individuals for multiple openings. We are seeking candidates who are flexible, safety-conscious, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production, packaging, mixing, cooking, forming, and sanitation equipment as assigned.
  • Package, inspect, label, and prepare food products according to company quality standards.
  • Monitor machinery and production processes to ensure products meet food safety and quality requirements.
  • Load ingredients and raw materials into production equipment as needed.
  • Clean and sanitize production equipment, workstations, and production areas.
  • Maintain accurate production flow while meeting daily production goals.
  • Identify and report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors.
  • Follow all food safety, quality assurance, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support various production departments based on operational needs.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, packaging, sanitation, warehouse, or machine operation is preferred but not required.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work in different departments and production areas as business needs require.
  • Ability to work in cold, warm, or hot environments depending on department assignment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. as needed.
  • Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and overtime, including weekends when required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and reliability.
  • Dependable attendance is required.
  • Must follow all company food safety, sanitation, quality, and workplace safety policies.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Work Environment
  • Positions may be located in cold, warm, or hot production environments depending on department assignment.
  • Employees may be reassigned to other departments or production lines based on operational demands.
  • Safety compliance and food quality standards are required at all times.
