About the mission
Position Summary
The Material Handler is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, counting, and shipping materials in a climate-controlled distribution center. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment while maintaining inventory integrity and meeting productivity goal
Shift : 1st shift
Pay starts at $16.00
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload inbound shipments by hand
- Scan, stock, and organize inventory using handheld scanners
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all OSHA, safety, and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or fulfillment experience preferred.
- unload trucks by hand
- Experience using handheld RF scanners preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Ability to handle and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when business needs require.
