Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support marketing initiatives across digital, social media, e-commerce, and traditional marketing channels. The ideal candidate will assist with marketing campaigns, content creation, Amazon Marketplace management, and brand promotion efforts. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their marketing career while gaining experience in both digital marketing and online retail sales management.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

· Create, schedule, and monitor content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.

· Support the development of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and advertisements.

· Manage and maintain product listings on Amazon Marketplace, including product descriptions, images, keywords, pricing updates, and inventory coordination.

· Monitor Amazon Marketplace performance and assist with optimizing listings to improve visibility, traffic, and sales.

· Track online reviews and customer feedback, escalating concerns as needed.

· Assist with website updates, online content management, and digital marketing initiatives.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

· Support event planning, community outreach, trade shows, and promotional activities.

· Track marketing metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance and e-commerce activities.

· Coordinate with vendors, designers, and internal teams to support marketing and branding efforts.

· Perform general administrative duties related to the marketing department.

Qualifications

· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field preferred.

· Previous experience in marketing, social media management, e-commerce, customer service, or administrative support preferred.

· Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Marketplace, or other e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

· Excellent organizational and project management skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon advertising campaigns.

· Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.

· Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing best practices.

· Experience with email marketing platforms and social media scheduling tools.

· Basic photography, graphic design, or video editing skills.
