What You'll Do
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and Bills of Material (BOMs).
- Support new product introductions and collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to reduce defects and improve performance.
- Generate PPAP documentation, including FMEA, capability studies, and control plans.
- Optimize manufacturing processes using Lean principles and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably within an electronics or high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing process documentation.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, DFSS, DFM, ISO 9001, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
