PROMAN is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:50 PM-11:50 PM. Overtime is required as business needs dictate. Candidates must be available to train on 1st Shift during their first 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, motor controls, VFDs, and PLC-controlled equipment
• Perform maintenance on pumps, motors, bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, and other rotating equipment
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Perform welding, fabrication, and equipment repairs as needed
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks according to schedule
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records using computerized systems
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent experience and training
• Strong troubleshooting skills in:
• Mechanical Systems
• Electrical Systems
• Hydraulics & Pneumatics
• PLCs and Automation
• Experience with motor controls, VFDs, pumps, bearings, and rotating equipment
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and work in an industrial environment
• Lift up to 45 pounds regularly
• Work around moving machinery, heat, noise, dust, and vibration
• Must wear required PPE, including safety-toed shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection
