Position Summary
The Maintenance Tech II is responsible for performing skilled preventive and corrective maintenance on critical infrastructure, building automation systems, and facility equipment. This role ensures high uptime, operational reliability, and rapid response to facilities-related issues across tech office buildings, lab spaces, or data center environments.
Job Summary
- $25.25-35.25 per hour
- 2nd Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm with some weekends.
- 3rd Monday - Friday 10pm-6am with some weekends.
- Direct Hire Placement
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Hands-on background in industrial maintenance, manufacturing mechanics, or a related trade.
- Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, basic industrial electrical systems, use of multimeters, and general facility or equipment repair.
- Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, electrical drawings, and machine schematics.
- Adhere strictly to safety rules, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols and plant regulations
