- Job Description
• Audit operational files and system transactions to ensure compliance with KN standards, SOPs, and customer requirements.
• Validate job-level data including costs, revenues, documentation, and milestones across KN systems (e.g., TMS, Mercury Gate, Audit Portal, FSL, myKN, etc.).
• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices in accordance with contracts, tariffs, and billing instructions.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, carrier rate issues, cost issues, and data errors; coordinate corrective actions with Operations, Carriers, and Customer Service.
• Monitor unbilled revenue and ensure timely billing in line with guidelines.
• Support by maintaining accurate records and providing required documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, streamline billing processes, and reduce financial risk.
Skills & Experience
• Preferred experience in billing, auditing, operations controlling, or financial administration (logistics experience would be an advantage).
• Good analytical skills and accuracy with data entry, auditing, and financial validation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/TMS/WMS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to work cross-functionally across multiple stakeholders
