PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known Healthcare Facility in Owensboro, KY.
We are now hiring a Part-Time 2nd Shift Locker Room Attendant who is a team player, versatile, and dependable!
Must have a clean background and be able to pass a drug screen.
Hours & Shift:
- 5:00 PM to 9:30 AM
- Monday thru Friday | Must work one weekend a month
Job Summary
- Dust, mop and sweep rooms
- Clean floors and surfaces using predefined cleaning methods and procedures
- Clean and disinfect public restrooms
- Clean and disinfect linen and replenish supplies such as towels
- Clean mirrors and windows along with polishing fittings and fixtures
- Collect dirty laundry and deliver them to washing areas
- Take and address patients complaints regarding housekeeping services
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper compaction.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrate ability to empathize with patients and their families, showing genuine care and compassion during challenging times.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in resolving conflicts and addressing concerns in a diplomatic and effective manner.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Prior experience in a customer service or patient-facing role.
- Must be very reliable and dependable, as there is a strict attendance policy.
- Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time.
- Good communication and the ability to follow instructions.
