PROMAN Staffing is currently recruiting for a Seal Coating and Line Striping Technician to join a hardworking and dependable team based in Farmington, MO.
This hands-on position involves asphalt maintenance work across various job sites—travel is required.

Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time, hours may vary based on travel and project demands
Position Overview:
As a technician, you'll assist in applying seal coating, executing line striping, and supporting pavement repair work. While prior experience is preferred, it is not required. Candidates must be reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working outdoors in physically demanding conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
•Apply seal coating to asphalt surfaces to protect and extend pavement life
•Perform accurate line striping (parking spaces, arrows, directional markings, etc.)
•Prep job sites by cleaning and repairing asphalt; may include sandblasting
•Operate and maintain tools and equipment related to seal coating and striping
•Follow safety protocols on all job sites
•Communicate effectively with team members and occasionally with clients
•Complete necessary job reports and documentation
Requirements:
•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
•Willingness to travel for projects as needed (may include overnight stays)
•Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
•Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and physically capable of manual labor
•Previous experience in asphalt or pavement maintenance is a plus, but not required
