We are seeking a reliable Industrial Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for cleaning production areas, offices, equipment, and outdoor grounds while supporting efficient operations and helping operators meet customer demands.

Location : Roebuck, SC
Hours: 7am-3:30pm
Pay : starts at $16.00
Responsibilities
- Clean offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and production areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash throughout the facility
- Clean machinery and equipment as assigned, ensuring equipment cleanliness supports production needs
- Remove metal shavings from machinery and work areas
- Transport parts and materials as needed
- Assist with grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and weed control
- Stack and dispose of pallets and waste materials properly
- Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures
- Report issues, concerns, or maintenance needs to supervisors
- Work efficiently while delivering high-quality cleaning services
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous custodial, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus (training available)
- Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions and schedules
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with assistance when needed
- Stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Comfortable working around machinery and in varying temperatures
