PROMAN Staffing is thrilled to partner with our international manufacturing client to source and hire an experienced IT System Administrator to join their Romeoville, IL. location.

The IT System Administrator will ensure the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of enterprise IT systems including servers, networks, cloud services, and workplace technologies. This role is essential in maintaining high availability, strong cybersecurity posture, and compliance with industry standards (TISAX AL3 & ISO 27001).

You’ll collaborate closely with IT security, engineering, and business teams while supporting continuous improvement across the IT landscape.

_ What You Bring:_

• Strong background in Windows and/or Linux server administration
• Experience with AD, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPN)
• Familiarity with Intune, SCCM, or similar endpoint management tools
• Understanding of ITIL and standard IT operations processes
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
