Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, and supporting warehouse operations through effective inventory management and system utilization.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily and scheduled cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain and update inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Operate a forklift safely to move, store, and organize materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment activities.
- Utilize Excel to track, analyze, and report inventory data.
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure efficient material flow.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Forklift experience a must
- Previous inventory control or inventory clerk experience preferred.
- Experience performing cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
